Out The Blu Beauty Bar was founded in 2021 by Misty Blu, a master hairstylist with over 20 years of experience. With a reputation for creating Emmy-winning hairstyles and unique makeup looks, Misty has worked with high-end athletes, actors, and on major and local fashion shows, ad campaigns, editorial magazines, and entertainment sets. She has been featured in various articles and magazines, including Voyage Magazine, Abuzz, Hello Beautiful, and Canvas Rebel, and has worked alongside influential industry photographers and fashion brands.
At Out The Blu Beauty Bar, Misty wanted to create an exclusive and luxurious beauty experience for her clients. The salon operates on an invitation-only basis and offers a one-stop-shop approach with the highest quality retail products, beauty services, barbershop services, makeup services, and more. The salon's first location is in Gladstone, and Misty and her team look forward to opening new locations of equal elite status in the future.
